Gun Safety

Hey Mr. Wilder,
This is Tifaney Jones from Spartanburg High and I was just writing to say that my step dad owns some guns so I know some about guns and gun safety. I know when I was first starting to learn about them I was scared to death, were you? Have you met any bears yet, or any other animals?

I have shot guns before but it was good to have a refresher course.
I do not own a gun. We simply learned how to check the gun to see if
it was loaded, how to load and unload it.
I seriously doubt that I will ever have to use a gun here but I'm always aware of their location.
